Located in Norfolk, Virginia we serve the greater Hampton Roads area including Richmond, Charles City, Jamestown, Yorktown, Newport News, Hampton, Suffolk, Chesapeake, Norfolk, and Virginia Beach.
Our company seeks to revitalize urban areas by buying, developing, rehabilitating, and managing properties for the long term, rather than 'flipping' properties in order to make back their retail value as fast as possible.
Meet The Team
Hunter O'Connor
Born and raised in Salt Lake City, Utah. The Navy brought me to Virginia where I saw the need for redevelopment in the urban areas of Virginia. Raised by my single mother who was a real estate agent introduced me at a young age hence my love for real estate. Starting Uptown Home Buyers, LLC has been a life dream and passion. To be able to help sellers and buyers, as well as improve communities is an extremely rewarding experience and a true joy. Building long term relationships with our customers and creating wow experiences is our daily goal.
Mahan Shahverdi
Working with his uncle since he was 16 who showed him the ropes in real estate at his uncles company, Mahan decided to move to the states to pursue his own path in real estate. In love with the east coast, Virginia has been his favorite spot for the past 5 years and has decided to stay. Most importantly he understands that your time is precious, and you can rest assured that he will always be respectful of the time you invest as he is always looking for the possibility of serving your real estate needs.
Bryce White
Born and raised in Fort Defiance, Arizona. Then Spending the last 3 years of his military career in the beautiful state of Virginia, Bryce has always had a deep passion for photography. Specializing in landscape photos, profiles, and homes. He is always ready to capture the highlights of the company. A crucial member to our family here at UHB.
